Our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee helps you purchase your teas risk-free: if you're unhappy with your purchase made from our main store, you may return your package to us for a refund anytime within the first 14 days of your purchase.  

You can trust that all of our products are held to the highest standards of quality, purity, and flavour. In no event will a replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind and we reserve the right to investigate claims that may be unfounded or fraudulent.

Unfortunately, we don’t sell individual items. Our products are sold in bundles to see the maximum benefit.

Not all of bundles are for everyone, which we completely understand. If you wish to make a return, please follow the policies and steps for a return and refund through our Returns Centre.

Once you have completed our Return Centre’s step-by-step instructions, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. We will be notified once your return arrives, and from here, our team will be able to process your refund. Typical returns take 5-10 business days in order for us to receive, inspect, and approve your returned items for a refund.

Returnable items include:

  • Purchases within the past 14 days
  • Unopened cartons and packages
  • Opened/sampled cartons (~80% contents remaining)
  • Bundle purchases

Items not included in our Returns Policy are the following:

We offer international shipping from our main store in the UK to locations in the EU, Australia, Canada, the USA, and select countries in Asia. Our international shipping services are available through DHL Express -- corresponding rates will apply based on country, delivery distance, order size, and weight. Exchange rates, customs regulations, restrictions, and tariffs on food and health imports will differ per country and should be anticipated, along with a 7-business day delivery window.


Typically, for international orders purchased directly from our site, shipping costs tend to range from £20 to £50 per delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping or discounted rates on international shipments.


DHL Express tracking numbers help us monitor your package throughout transit until it arrives at customs. Unfortunately, we are unable to track it once it goes through customs and is in transit in the country of delivery. To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order, we highly recommend checking your country's customs restrictions on food and health products, using a reliable delivery address for international orders, anticipating potential customs and weather delays, checking in with your neighbors and building managers after 14-business days, and double-checking the accuracy of your delivery address during checkout.

We cannot fulfill any international returns or refunds after an order is placed and shipped on our website. If your package fails to arrive, please let our team know by contacting us at support@fyldella.com so we may further assist you.
